Krav Maga Den Haag stands for sportsmanship, fun, and respect!

Boosting your self-confidence with Krav Maga

As a young boy I started with martial arts, obtaining the necessary degrees, training and education. After 25 years the idea grew of starting my own private Krav Maga school. Out of love for Krav Maga and myself but especially to learn others how they can increase their resilience. Lots of people are or feel more vulnerable than others. More resilience will make you walk through life more confident and with more self-esteem. Krav Maga can help you accomplish this relatively fast and effectively.

We combine serious self-defense training with fun

Helping others to go (more) happy through life, was one of my motivators to start my school Krav Maga Den Haag. Now me and all my instructors feel good by doing this. We focus on motivating our students to feel and experience Krav Maga as part of their normal life, not just as a (temporary) obligation. Reaching this goal means we have to make sure our students have fun while training seriously. A challenging task because it entails preparing our classes very precisely in order to come up with a program which combines self-defense, fun, physical and mental development.

Our FunFightFit-method works for children

For children between the ages of 5 and 12 years I have created the FunFightFitt method. A method consisting of exercises which teaches children to defend themselves while simultaneously they stay fit and healthy. To keep the children motivated it is most important they truly enjoy the classes. Having fun is key to make them come back long enough to develop ‘love’ for Krav Maga, which is the best motivator to continue training. Besides self-defense, our FunFightFit-method also includes other basic skills for children to develop, e.g. listening, dealing with winning and losing, organize and collaborate, cleaning up after you’re done.
