Krav Maga is the most effective self defense system offered today. Krav Maga is easily learned and implemented quickly.This system is accessible to anyone interested in learning self defense techniques in aim to protect themselves and their surroundings.Krav Maga was founded and developed originally by Imi (Lichtenfeld) Sde –Or.Imi created Kravmaga for military purposes, meant to improve combat abilities of Israeli IDF soldiers in the early 50’s.Over the years the Kravmaga systems was further developed by Imi to provide self defense solutions for the civil sector as well.Avi Moyal, IKMF chairman and head instructor as well as Imi’s direct student, continues on to develop Kravmaga along with other high ranking Israeli Krav maga GIT instructors. Cost

First two lessons are free and without any obligations.

Membership:
30,- euro for one month, one training opportunity a week, total of 4
40,- euro for one month, three training opportunities a week, total of 12

Training schedule

Equipment Available at Krav Maga Den Haag:

First two lessons, no need to buy special equipment, but when you have a Groin and Teeth Guard use it, for the maximum Krav Maga experience.

Boxing Gloves: 35,- euro

Groin Guard: 15,- euro

Shin protector/pads: 25,- euro

mma gloves (optional): 45,- euro
